This is an independent bungalow located amidst lush green area in a peaceful and calm setting in Srinagar, Kashmir with airport, railway station and the city center within five kilometers. The place is in the vicinity of major hospitals, shopping and convenience centers. 

The homestay covers the ground floor and first floor and there are seven rooms with attached bathrooms. On the ground floor there are three classic rooms along with the dining room and on the first floors there are four rooms – three classic & one family room equipped with all the modern conveniences. The common area, like the outside sitting area and the terrace, is completely accessible. Enjoy the lush greenery around the homestay or snowfall that make this place more pleasant. There is also a library on the first floor where they can read a book or complete their office work.

How to Reach

This homestay is located around 9km from Srinagar Airport and the nearest railway station is Jammu Tawi, which is located 239 km from the homestay. Srinagar is well-connected to several nearby cities and towns by road. The (JKSRTC) operates regular bus services to Srinagar from various destinations in the region. From the airport, you can easily hire a taxi or the host will arrange a convenient transfer service to reach the homestay.

The host will serve a mix of Punjabi, Kashmiri and local regional food. The main specialty of the homestay is the Kashmiri meals. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available. For breakfast there will be a regular Indian breakfast with tea or coffee. For lunch and dinner customized food can be arranged as per the guest request. Moreover, special barbeque with Kashmiri touch is also available and bakery products are also available.
