This boutique eco stay is located at the base of Pandavleni caves, Pathardi. It is just one km detour from the Mumbai Highway. It is a picture perfect destination with a scenic hill view designed in a classic contemporary style.

There are two uniquely designed villas adjacent to each other. One is a Konkani-style villa, and the other is a modern villa. The Konkani-style villa have the traditional architecture and has three rooms – one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The Modern villa is spacious and contemporary, and has six rooms. The ground floor has one room, while the first and second floors each have two rooms. Additionally, the second floor has a family room for larger groups.

All rooms are airy, well-arranged, and equipped with modern amenities, including attached bathrooms for guests’ convenience. The homestays share several common areas, including a living room, dining area, terraces, a lush lawn, and a swimming pool. The poolside is enhanced with a projector, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Blending tradition with modern comfort, this homestay ensures a relaxing stay where you can create wonderful memories with family and friends.
