Just a stone’s throw away from the main town of Mapusa in North Goa, and off the main highway, this elegant home can be your home for those memorable family vacations. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. We would appreciate if you keep them in mind and maintain the peace in the village. Since the host Christopher remain busy with his restaurant, there is a dedicated and efficient house help who will tend to your breakfast and housekeeping. Also note, there are 2 over friendly dogs and a cat to give you a company.
Christopher is a celebrated Chef has traveled across the world for his passion for cooking. His home is a reflection of his artistic sensibilities and gypsy soul. He currently run a nouvelle cuisine restaurant in Assagao which is hardly at 10 mnt away. Apart from a cooking, he is an animal and music lover. Guests are welcome to book a meal and enjoy 15% discount when they stay at Bastora Homestay. He would be happy to give special cooking lessons on prior notice.
You will be served either Granola and fruit, Poha (traditional puffed rice breakfast) or an Omelette with Toast. The selection will be at the host’s discretion. You have full use of the kitchen and basics will be stocked for your arrival. Since there are number of good restaurants in an around the area, lunch and dinner is not provided in-house.
