Khasi Pride Homestay, Nohwet-Mawlynnong

Extremely poorly managed.There is no co ordination between homestays of India and the manager or the caretaker.The caretaker was not able to provide an extra blanket and they promised two room heaters basis which I had done the booking as I am travelling with my old parents.On reaching the place the caretaker is some one else, a lady says they cannot provide 2 heaters.The vouchers I received had breakfast included.The lady caretaker and another person told me that breakfast is not included.Finally they are providing the breakfast though.The doors of the washrooms has broken locks. The comod dear is broken and the room pictures shown to me is not the one where I was put up. The prices for these 2 rooms where Extremely high which was told to me before booking because of the season time. But prices charged should be at par with the basic amenities provided at least Extremely bad experience and will not recommend anyone to book this place.This is unfair to charge guests this huge amount which is almost double the actual price and not providing the basic comfort.I would say this is unethical too.
