Guests can also stroll by the Ligambudi lake during sunrise and sunset for exhilarating joy and blissfulness. The homestay is an independent property with two rooms, one washroom, one kitchen and a living area. The place is best for couples, family and group of friends. The host is a local from the Mysore and lives around a kilometer away from the villa. A maximum of six guests are allowed in the homestay. The homestay also has a beautiful garden for peace and solitude. Parking facility is also available inside the premises. A perfect place for those who want to work from home. There is dedicated work station indoor and outdoor with hi speed broadband.

As the property is an independent unit for travellers, in-house food is not available. However, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food can be arranged by the host on order basis.
