The Homestay

This British Era Cottage was built in the late 1880s and is located right in the middle of Bhimtal town. It has been restored by a history student Manas Bisht and is converted into a heritage homestay for those who can appreciate the legacy. The homestay has a beautiful mix of British and Kumaoni architecture. With an in-house Café, private parking, lawn, workstation, fiber optic internet, TV with TataSky connection and 24/7 power backup with the solar heating system, it is a perfect option for workation. It has 6 rooms for the guests, of which 4 are double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and a dormitory.  The recreational area has indoor games, a projector, and a small library.

Located in Bhimtal main, it is just 22 kilometers from Nainital town. The nearest airport is Pantnagar located at a distance of 58 km. Kathgodam is the nearest railway station just 30 km from the homestay. Bhimtal is well connected by road as well. There are luxury buses that ply between Delhi and Haldwani that is 28kms from Bhimtal.
