Patnitop is a picturesque hilltop destination located on a plateau in the Shivalik belt of the Himalayas just 112 km from Jammu. It is surrounded by the beautiful meadows and the panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains. In addition to the beautiful vistas, Patnitop also offers adventurous activities like skiing, paragliding and trekking. Sanasar is a small unexplored village near Patnitop for nature lovers who want to escape the chaos of city life. It is known for green alpine meadows, dense coniferous forests and the majestic Himalayan views.
It is a small cottage located at the edge of the sanasar road, 19 km from Patnitop that further leads to green meadows. It is a perfect place for nature lovers and solace seekers. The homestay has breathtaking views of mighty Pir Panjal ranges and there are many nature trails in its surroundings. The sunrise view from here is a not-to-miss experience.
There are 3 rooms for the guests. 2 are double bedded with an attached bathroom in each. 1 room is triple sharing with a camping style washroom outside the room. You can spend an entire day gazing at the view from the balcony while sipping hot tea or coffee. Self cooking facility is available for groups who book the entire place.
