This hilltop coffee plantation bungalow is located in lush green surroundings outside the main city of Chikmagalur. Situated at 4185 feet above sea level in western ghats, it offers the best view of the Kavikal mountains. The homestay has a modern and modest built and has three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, all with attached washrooms. It has spacious lawn to engage in group activities and relax amidst nature in serenity. The homestay offers outdoor games like volleyball, air rifles, badminton, plantation walk and indoor games such as carrom, chess, UNO. You must go on the short hike to the nearby forest area that is filled with fireflies and looks mesmerising in the night.

The homestay serves home-cooked food, and the host proudly states it as the one that pleases all kinds of taste buds. There is also an exotic fruit plantation around the homestay, which the guests are welcome to devour in. The guests are offered both non-vegetarian and vegetarian barbecue along with music of their choice. The most requested food at The Farm Ville is Dosa/Akki rotti for breakfast. For lunch the homestay provides veg/ chicken biryani, rice, rasam, curd etc. Dinner is generally scrumptious and includes ghee rice, veg/ non-veg curry, chicken item, sweets, rasam and curd.
