With rolling hills covered in lush green forests and a landscape dotted with coffee plantations, tea gardens and orange groves, Coorg in Karnataka has breathtakingly beautiful scenic beauty. It is ideal for activities like trekking, angling and white-water rafting.  It is also known for cascading waterfalls, ancient temples and forts. In its close vicinity are the beautiful towns like Virajpet, Kushalnagar, Gonikoppal, Pollibetta and Somwarpet. 

It’s a peaceful farmstay in Kaggodlu village, 6 kms from Madikeri. Situated in the midst of a coffee plantation and paddy fields, the only sounds you get hear is humming of birds and chirping of crickets. The first thing you will notice on arrival here is the aroma of the flora around the stay. Being in the center of Coorg hills, you can conveniently visit tourist hotspots in Mercara as well as nature attractions like Abbi Falls, Dubare, Talacauvery etc. Nature walks, angling and bird watching are a few things that will keep you engaged.
It is a 2 storied house with 3 guest rooms; 2 dormitories with capacity of 7 each and a family cottage with capacity of 6. All 3 rooms have an attached bathroom. The first floor has an open common Balcony with a view of Coffee Estate and paddy fields.  Enjoy your evenings with bonfire and music.

Coorg has good road connectivity. It is just 5 hrs drive from Bangalore. The nearest railway station is at Mysore (120 Km) and the closest airport is Kannur (97Km)

The host serves a tasty and delicious breakfast of your choice. Options are Idli, Vada, Puri Sabji, Upit Kesri Bhath, Neer Dosa, Rice Bhalla and refreshing coffee. Lunch and dinner consists of the fusion of Kodava and local cuisine that includes Chicken Curry, seasonal vegetables, Roti, Rice, Fish Curry, Fish Fry etc. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are available.
