This traditional estate homestay is located in Laripora, the largest village in Pahalgam, Kashmir. It was built by Abdul Majeed in 1975 on one acre of serene land, amidst an Apple orchard by the bank of Lidar River. It is located at just 2 km from the center of Pahalgam.
There are a total of 10 rooms on three floors. Ground floor has 2 rooms; a Suite and a Deluxe  room. First floor has 4 rooms; 3 Suits and a Deluxe room; all come with attached washrooms. Second floor has 4 Standard rooms with 2 common washrooms.There is a Dining Room, Common sitting area to socialize and a huge garden to roam around. There is a well maintained vegetable garden and the kitchen supplies come from there.

Srinagar international airport is the closest international airport (96 km). Udhampur is the closest railhead (217 km).  State bus services are available from Anantnag, Jammu and Srinagar to Pahalgam.
