Laripora is the largest village of Pahalgam with around 275 families, located on the bank of Lidar River, at just 2 km from the center of Pahalgam. Its also known for its association with Amarnath Yatra. Chandanwari, the starting point of yatra is 16 km from Pahalgam.
Built by Abdul Majeed in 1975 on one acre of serene land, amidst an Apple orchard, it’s purely a traditional estate homestay. Its located hardly few yards from the bank of Lidar River. It consists of a total 5 rooms; 1 Superior and 1 Premium room on the ground floor and 3 Premium room on the first floor. All come with attached washrooms. There is a well maintained vegetable garden to supply fresh vegetables, a Dining Room, Common sitting area to socialize and a huge garden to roam around.
