Built 102 years ago, this colonial style bungalow is located in the heart of Alavil City in Kannur district of Kerala. This newly developed destination is ideal for travellers who love to stay away from the crowd in the serene surroundings. And this homestay is the place where you can live in peace with all required comforts. The vernacular architecture of the property has been retained with antique teakwood staircases, the two/four panel doors, clay tiled roofs which keep you cool in the humid. the sturdy teakwood ceiling & red oxide flooring. The entire property runs on environment friendly LED light sources.
There are 4 bedrooms with attached spacious washrooms. One room can accommodate two guests and other three have the space for four guests. Living room has a smart TV combined with dining and kitchen. The host lives in the property next to the homestay. However, a caretaker is available 24*7 inside the property for the guests. A hatchback car is also available in the premises for guests at a nominal rate. Free Wifi and ample car parking space is available inside the premises.
