Ujjain is an ancient city situated on the eastern bank of the Kshipra River in Madhya Pradesh. The city is one of the most important centers for pilgrims and is also known for hosting the Kumbh Mela. This lovely homestay is located in peaceful surroundings in a gated colony of Ujjain. There is one spacious room on the first floor with an attached balcony, attached washroom and access to the terrace. There is a king-size bed in the air-conditioned room and the guests can be provided with a couple of extra mattresses if required. The homestay offers free private parking and is a pet-friendly. A car rental service is made available for the guests to visit a multitude of grand temples or reach any destination.

How to Reach

Ujjain does not have direct air connectivity. Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport is the nearest airport in Indore at a distance of 54 km. There are direct flights from all metropolitan cities and cabs are easily available to reach Ujjain from the airport. Ujjain Junction is at a distance of 9.7 km from the homestay. Regular trains from different major cities in India run here daily to the Ujjain Junction Railway Station. There are autos and cabs running in the city which makes traveling easy upon your arrival. Car Rental Services are provided by the host on a chargeable basis.

The host can provide snacks like french fries, poha, khaman, maggie and beverages like tea, coffee on a chargeable basis. They also provide their kitchen to guests with children to prepare some home-made meals.

You will be hosted by Monica Sharma who lives with her husband, daughter and a dog on the ground floor of the property. She runs a small business of soaps and hair oils. Her positive attitude and interest in the hospitality sector, initiated her to start the homestay on their property.
