Nestled in the Western Ghats of Maharashtra, Malshej Ghat is blessed with rich flora and fauna. It is particularly known for the pink flamingoes which migrate here during July and September. The beauty of the place gets double folded during monsoon and thus this is one of the coolest monsoon getaways near Mumbai and is about 2 hours drive from Kalyan

Located at top of Malshej Ghat right beside the lake of the river Pushpavati, this farmstay is spread over an area of 2 acres of green farms and is situated at the bay of Pimplagaon – Joga dam. So the tourists can visit the dam & enjoy the charismatic view of nature. The lake view in front and hill in the background makes it even more beautiful. There are 6 spacious rooms and tents can be pitched by the lakeside. A group of 50 can easily be accommodated in the farm which make it ideal for office or family outings. The farm also provides a space to enjoy a lot of other activities like camping, moonlight dinner, stargazing, swimming and indoor and outdoor games.

How to Reach

The place is just 144 kms from Mumbai Airport and 107 km from Pune Airport, and hence makes a prefect choice for a weekend break from these cities. It is well connected by road and the nearest railway station is Naral at 100km. From railway station or Airport take a cab for comfortable journey to farmstay.
