Baga Beach – North Goa

Never-stopping parties and beaches with mild sweetness of alluring sunsets and finger-licking  seafood makes Goa a treasure trove. It is swathed in miles of golden sand shimmering with blazing sun, a hippie vibe and a laid-back pace of life. Goa offers eclectic attractions from happening nightlife, dazzling flea markets, tantalizing water activities, delectable seafood, boho  lifestyle, to appealing architecture, which makes it the sunshine state of India. Baga beach, which is located in North Goa is famous for its island trips, dolphin spotting and water sports like windsurfing, parasailing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, etc.

This beautiful 100 yrs old Portuguese styled heritage villa is a fusion of old-world charm and comfort of modern living. It provides an easy access to the bustle of Baga and Calangute beach, while still maintaining a level of peace. The local supermarket is just at walking distance that had pretty much everything you might need. The neighborhood is quiet and there are several mild treks if you enjoy walking.

There are total of 3 guest rooms; all have a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, air-conditioned, and tastefully decorated. There is a designated workspace provided in all rooms and a common living space to mingle with other people. Additionally, a paid airport shuttle service and bicycle/car rental service is also available at the homestay. The outdoor setting is beautiful and extremely peaceful with a swimming pool and the lush courtyard with coconut, mango, jack-fruit  and guava trees.

How To Reach

The nearest airport is located at Dabolim, which is located 40 kms from the town. Thivin serves as the nearest railway station to Baga Beach and is 16 kms away. There is a frequent bus service from Mumbai and Pune to reach North Goa. The town can be accessed either by self-driving or a hired cab from Thivin or Dabolim.
