The Wild Trail Homestay – Sariska

Nestled amidst the Aravalli Hills, Sariska National Park is located in the Alwar district of Rajasthan. Spanning over 800 square kms, it is home to a diverse variety of wildlife species that include Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Jungle Cat, Caracal, Striped Hyena, Golden Jackal, Chital, Sambhar, Blue Bull, Chinkara and Four Horned antelope. A total of 211 bird species have been recorded in the Reserve. Situated around 107 kilometers far from Jaipur, the Sariska National Park circles the ‘Siliserh Lake’ and the ‘JaiSamand Lake’, which are home to various crocodiles, water snakes and different creatures of land and water. The sanctuary also houses the ruins of ancient temples of Garh-Rajor that date back to the 11th century. Also a 17th-century fort on the hilltop at Kankwari grants a picturesque view of soaring vultures and eagles. 

This independent house is located near Tehla Gate of Sariska. Tehla fort is just at the walking distance from here. You get the amazing view of the fort from the terrace of the house. There are 4 rooms all with an attached washroom. The huge lawn in front is a perfect place to walk, sit, play and relax. If you want to stay away from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. If you are lucky you might as well sight some wildlife from the terrace

How To Reach

The closest airport is Sanganer airport in Jaipur at 110km. Rajgarh railway station is  the nearest railway station to Sariska, around 25 km away. It is well-connected to all cities in India by trains. Tourist taxis are available from Airport and railway station to Sariska.
