This beachside villa is the ancestral home of the Pintos and was built in 1929. Located right on the Candolim beach in North Goa, the house has a pleasant vintage vibe to it. This beach house with a sea view and an expansive coconut grove offers you all the privacy you need and close enough to an entertainment packed neighborhood  like Water Sports, restaurants, shacks, pubs, clubs and lots more. Aguada, Baga, Calangute are just 10 mins drive from here.

There are 3 rooms, 2 washrooms and 1 fully equipped kitchen. There is a long covered corridor and a squarish verandah parallel to the corridor that comes with deck chairs and dewans. The verandah is a wonderful space to stargaze at nights under the moonlight with plenty of sea breeze. The best part is the Arabian sea – it’s like villa’s own infinity pool that stretches as far as the eye can see. The nearest airport is Goa International Airport (34 km) and Thivim Railway station is (22 km) and Vasco Da Gama Railway station is (40 km). Regular road service is available from Mumbai, Kolhapur, Kumta and Gokarna.
