Cherambadi Town is located in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu and is known for its tea and coffee plantations. It is about 30km from Wayanad, the well known hill destination in Kerala. While ambling through these estates, you can watch wild elephants, leopards and other smaller animals that frequent here. At 3000 ft above sea level, Cherambadu is pleasant and can be visited throughout the year. 

It is a beautiful bungalow located in serene surroundings amidst 30 acres of coffee, tea and pepper plantations and has everything that is required for a peaceful and comfortable vacation in the lap of nature. You can spot elephants and deer and Wayanad district of Kerala is just two kms away. 

There are three rooms; two rooms on the first floor and one room on the ground floor. All rooms have an attached bathroom. The rooms are spacious with soothing furnishing that blend well with the outside nature. The balcony overlooks verdant forests and never-ending estate. You can take a tour of the estate, a tree hut is there in the garden to get together and have a party and a beautiful fish pond is there in the garden. Quiet lush green surroundings, friendly pets and encouraging life stories of the host are sure to make your stay memorable. The host can organise bonfire and barbeque as well. Optic fiber based High speed internet ensures you do not miss out on your work if the need be.

Ranjan Benjamin will host you at the homestay. He is a retired army officer and senior citizen staying in the property with his wife and son. The family is warm and welcoming. Apart from managing the homestay, they also manage the coffee and tea plantations. They like to meet new people and interact with them. This is the main purpose of starting the homestay. Ranjan’s team will leave no stone un-turned to make your stay memorable.
