1. HOI provides 15% TAC on the published tariff to its Preferred Partners.
2. A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required to be paid.
3. All the bookings to the homestay have to be routed through Homestays of India. In case the agency deals with the homestay host directly, the partnership shall be terminated with immediate effect and the deposit will be forfeited.
4. HOI charges 5% GST and 8% Convenience Fee on every booking.
5. 50% advance payment is required to book a homestay or any other service.
6. HOI will empanel only one agency in 10 km area.

8. In case the agency fails to provide any business for consecutive 6 months, it will automatically be removed from the list of Preferred Partner.
