Located on the foothills of Kumaon on the banks of Gaula River, Kathgodam is a suburb of Haldwani city in Nainital district, Uttarakhand. It is one of the important collection centers for forest products obtained from Kumaon Himalayas and hence the name ‘Kathgodam”. Close proximity to hill destinations like Nainital, Bhimtal, Sattal etc. make it a good base to explore them. There are many small villages also in the periphery of Kathgodam ideal for a relaxing stay.

This beautiful cottage, perched on a hilltop in a scenic mountain village near Kathgodam, is surrounded by terraced farms and fruit orchards spread across 2 acres. Close proximity to the capital city and pleasant weather all round year makes it an ideal place for a weekend getaway.  There is a family suite each on the ground and first floor. Each family suite has 2 interconnected rooms with a bathroom and balcony. The top floor has a studio suite with an attic that can accommodate 6 people. There is a beautiful lawn in front where you can enjoy mountain views and also have your meals. Have unending conversations with your loved ones by the bonfire at night.

The nearest airport to Kathgodam is Pantnagar airport is located at a distance of 34 kilometers and Kathgodam has its own railway station is located at 12 km from the stay. Taxis are available from the airport and the railway station. Roads are well connected by Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun and Delhi.
