Pauri is a picturesque Himalayan town in Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. A bird’s eye view of the overwhelming Himalayan ranges is what Pauri is famous for. It offers panoramic view of snow clad Peaks including the peaks of Swargarohini, Bander Pooch, Gangotri Group, Kedarnth, Sumeru, Chaukhamba, Neelkanth, Hathiparvat, Nandadevi and Trisul etc.  It lies in the Pauri district and is suited for travellers heading for Rishikesh, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, Badrinath, Kedarnath, Auli etc. or the traveller in search of a peaceful stay away from the hustle bustle of city life or any over-crowded hill station.

This rustic village homestay is situated in a small hilly Himalayan village  and offers a spectacular view of the Garhwal hills with local authentic village experience. The place is surrounded by lots of fruit bearing trees, flowers and colourful birds. The stay will enrich your holiday with a pure hilly village experience coupled with delectable local pahadi food cooked with home grown vegetables and poultry. There are some extremely scenic places to explore around. It is a must go place for people looking to get away from the hubbub of city life.

There are 5 guest rooms on the ground floor and a dormitory on the first floor. All rooms have attached bathroom. The rooms can accommodate 4 people with 2 extra mattresses and the dorm can accommodate 8 people. Warm hospitality combined with comfortable accommodation and hidden nature trails will allow you to soak in the tranquillity of the mountains. It is an ideal place for writers and poets as the calmness of the place will help enhance your creative thoughts.

Pauri is a 7 hour drive from New Delhi and is an awesome choice for a weekend getaway. Nearest airport is Jollygrant Airport (131 km) and nearest railway station is Kotdwar (108 km). Pauri is well connected on road to Dehradun, Rishikesh, Hardwar, Kotdwar and other cities of the region.
