Perched right on the halfway mark of the Siliguri-Darjeeling highway, Kurseong is a quiet hill station surrounded by tea gardens and lush green pine forests. Kurseong enjoys mild and pleasant weather most of the year. It’s difficult not to fall in love with the view of tea plantations, lush green forests in the panoramic setting of snow-clad mountains. At sunset, you can see an amalgamation of the most beautiful colors in the sky. You can see the British remnants in the form of churches and school in the town. This small hill-town makes for a great stopover for tourists looking for a more peaceful alternative to Darjeeling.

Kurseong Homestay is more of an eco-stay located in the lap of Himalayas, only 2 km from the main town of Kurseong. Far away from pollution and noise, it is rooted in a huge pine forest and orchids. There are 2 individual pinewood cabins for couples and 1 family cottage; all with attached bathroom with 24 hours running water. Every room is given an electric kettle for anytime tea or coffee and a fire place to keep you warm in the winter.
