Dhajea is an ideal Himalayan Village surrounded by hills and rivers around 55 km from NJP in Darjeeling district of West Bengal.  Nature has whole heartedly bestowed this place with flawless beauty. The slopes of the mountain are covered with greenery. The Balasan River flows through the village. This place is perfect for the relaxation. You can take long walks in the nearby tea gardens, enjoy a dip in the river and sit and watch the clouds and sun playing hide and seek over the lush green mountains all around. Dhajea is one of the best examples of ecotourism.

Situated in Darjeeling district in between Mirik and Kurseong at the bank of river Balasan. The homestay has two separate cottage with attached bathroom and running water.

Traditional home-cooked food is provided. All vegetables are organic and come from the local farm. Non-vegetarian food is also served on request. Fresh river fish and farm chicken is a specialty here.
